We ship orders Monday through Saturday. Most orders ship within 24 hours of cleared payment.

What payment methods do you accept? TOP

Enchanting Jewels gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Instant transfer from a bank account, or Echeck. All payments are processed through securely through PayPal Merchant Solutions. Paypal uses industry-leading Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption to process all orders. When ordering at our store, your information is transmitted securely over the internet in encrypted (scrambled) form so that it cannot be accessed by unauthorized third parties 

We also accept payments via Paypal. If you haven't used Paypal before, it is VERY easy!   It works as any traditional shopping cart and you don't need to have a Paypal account or acquire one to shop with us. Paypal utilizes the SSL protocol, featuring the highest level of security commercially available. Your private information is also secure, as their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not connected to the internet.

EnchantingJewels.com packages each order securely for shipment to protect your purchase. Items are sent via USPS Mail and we add tracking on each package at no additional charge. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart and based on the overall weight of order.

Do you make the jewelry yourself? TOP

No, we do not make our jewelry. We only wish we could be that creative! We purchase all of our products from only the best manufacturers. We only work with manufacturers that offer the highest quality items with great prices that we can pass onto you. We do not offer custom orders, but if you have an idea you would like to share we would love to hear about it and see if it could be created.

Will I know when my item(s) ship? TOP

Absolutely! We will send an email when your order ships to let you know your package is on it's way. You will also receive an email from Paypal which contains your order information and tracking number. Paypal will automatically send your tracking information to the email address associated with your Paypal account so be sure to look for it there.

What is your return policy? TOP

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at Enchanting Jewels! Each item is carefully inspected before shipment. We want your jewelry to arrive in beautiful condition and you to be thrilled with each purchase from us. In the event you should receive an item that has a manufacturer flaw please contact us immediately and we will replace the item for you. If the item has sold out we will happily refund the purchase amount. We also accept refunds for any error made on our part. Since we offer wholesale pricing to all customers with no tax id or minimum purchase requirement, we cannot simply refund items for change of mind, etc. Please make sure to read descriptions carefully and ask any questions before purchase.

In the event your item arrives with a manufacturer defect please contact us immediately so we may assist you in the return of your item. A few simple rules apply to our return policy as follows:

• Absolutely no returns or exchanges can be accepted if the original tags are removed from the merchandise. Any merchandise received that shows obvious signs of tampering or removal of original tags will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense.
• Second, all returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of ship date. When mailing your package, please note that we will only accept packages using our preferred mailing service, USPS (United States Postal Service). All returns or exchanges mailed using UPS, FedEx, DHL and packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.  Absolutely No returns will be accepted sent C.O.D. for postage they will be returned to customer at their expense.
• Please remember that your return or exchange must accompany your order's original invoice. Any merchandise that is returned without its proper documentation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• It is important to mail your return or exchange in protective packaging such as a box or bubble mailer to insure that the merchandise is not damaged during the shipping process. Enchanting Jewels will not be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise due to lack of care or improper handling. Enchanting Jewels assumes no responsibility for items lost while in transit of return. If you feel you would like delivery confirmation of your return please obtain this service from the USPS. Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense since original shipping costs have been spent when sending out your items.
• Merchandise received that is damaged, scratched or shows visible wear will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Please understand that absolutely No exceptions will be made to this policy. Any merchandise mailed to us that does not follow these guidelines will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• Items returned for any other reason than those stated above will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping & Handling charges as well as the cost of packaging supplies to secure your items safe arrival are spent at the time of shipment and are therefore non-refundable. When calculating your refund amount please take this into consideration. All S/H charges and cost of packaging supplies (bubble pouches, organza bags, bubble mailers, etc) will be deducted from your return amount. No exceptions to this rule.
• Please Note: Certain items cannot be returned due to health regulations. Such items include earrings and any other items used for piercings.

How much quantity do you have in stock? TOP

Most of our styles are well supplied. We make every effort to update quantity supplies as items begin to sell out. On rare occasions an item suddenly sells out quickly before we are able to update our site. In the event you should order an item(s) that have become unavailable, we will notify you via email and refund your purchase price. The remainder of your order will be shipped. Shipping costs will also be refunded or adjusted for item(s) not included in your shipment.
