How soon will I receive my order? TOP We ship orders Monday through Saturday. Once payment has been received orders will automatically be shipped out for you within 48 hours of your purchase. What payment methods do you accept? TOP Enchanting Jewels gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Instant transfer from a bank account, or Echeck. All payments are processed through Paypal. If you haven't used Paypal before, it is VERY easy! It works as any traditional shopping cart and you don't need to have a Paypal account or acquire one to shop with us. Paypal utilizes the SSL protocol, featuring the highest level of security commercially available. Your private information is also secure, as their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not connected to the internet. Shipping Methods and Information TOP Enchanting Jewels packages each order securely for shipment to protect your purchase. Items are sent via USPS Mail and we add tracking on each package at no additional charge. Orders weighing over 14 ounces will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at no additional fee. Extra large shipments may be sent via parcel post at our discretion. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in our shopping cart and the fees are as follows: Shipping within the U.S. $2.99 for all orders shipped within the USA. Please see below for International shipping rates. International Shipping (Outside the US) $6.99 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. *Please note: We do not ship to Indonesia. Certain countries could be subject to additional shipping fees depending upon shipping requirements within your specific country. EnchantingJewels.com is unaware of any customs duties or taxes that may be due in countries outside of the U.S.. We cannot pay nor be responsible for any such fees. According to international mail laws we may not send items as a gift. By law we cannot ship fragrances from the US to European or other countries, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you would like to add shipping insurance, please contact us and we will gladly add this to your order for an additional fee based on order total. Do you make the jewelry yourself? TOP No, we do not make our jewelry. We only wish we could be that creative! We purchase all of our products from only the best manufacturers. We only work with manufacturers that offer the highest quality items with great prices that we can pass onto you. We do not offer custom orders, but if you have an idea you would like to share we would love to hear about it and see if it could be created. Will I know when my item(s) ship? TOP Absolutely! We will send an email when your order ships which will include your order information and tracking number. This email will be sent to the email address associated with your Paypal account so be sure to look for it there. What is your return policy? TOP Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused item for a refund, exchange or store credit subject to the terms of our policies. Additionally, we carefully inspect each piece before it is sent out. In the unlikely event that you should receive a piece with a manufacturer flaw please contact us immediately. Please note: Health regulations stipulate that certain items such as earrings that are soiled, worn, or damaged is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please do not remove tags. Items without original tags, or in original packaging will not be accepted. Returns for fragrance purchases will only be accepted if seal and box is unopened. Due to the nature of a fragrance purchase no returns will be credited/accepted for opened boxes or broken seals. Refunds/exchanges are for merchandise purchased from our store only, shipping fees are spent when order ships and therefore are non-refundable. How much quantity do you have in stock? TOP Most of our styles are well supplied. We make every effort to update quantity supplies as items begin to sell out. On rare occasions an item suddenly sells out quickly before we are able to update our site. In the event you should order an item(s) that have become unavailable, we will notify you via email and refund your purchase price. The remainder of your order will be shipped.
